Bailey Home, 1870 Second Empire

310 N. Marshall

This 1870 Second Empire, was purchased in 1995 by the Bailey family. The home was built in many stages, the earliest stage being the part of the home that is now the kitchen. Previous owners include Win Schuler (his name is painted on the upstairs floor) and Marian Johnson, still a resident of Marshall. Marian was born in the room of this house that is now the den and she is a wonderful source of information about the home.
