Special touches added by Tim and Anne include wallpapering, remodeling the upstairs bathroom, removing the fireplace surround, designing the present one, and refinishing the floors in the dining room and kitchen. The Banfield have enjoyed relandscaping thteir home which was featured with rave reviews on the 2000 Garden Tour.
