Historic Home TourMarshall MichiganLoomis Home This Italian Villa and Michigan Historic Site, build in 1869 by the clothier Fredrick Karstaedt, is situated on the highest point in Marshall. Civil War captain Deville Hubbard bought the home in 1869, and added the front veranda at a cost of $1300.
