The McGuire’s 1897 home has had numerous decorating changes and a few structural changes through its last three owners. The house also comes with a carriage house original to the plot of land and is reported by local legend to have been won in a poker game in the early 1900’s.
Pat McGuire and her daughter Kate purchased the home in October 2003, relocating from another 306 address in Rochester New York. This modified Queen Anne includes a large porch of Marshall sandstone, a side porch and a second floor rear porch. The home boasts four bedrooms and two baths as well as the traditional from and rear parlors.
